Abstract:
(EN) A Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalyst structure which avoids aggregation of metal microparticles, can achieve longer service life by suppressing reduction in catalyst activity, and enables saving resources without the need for cumbersome replacement operations, a production method of said catalyst structure, a production method of liquid hydrocarbons using said catalyst structures, and a hydrocarbon production device having said catalyst structures are provided. This Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalyst structure (1) is provided with a carrier (10) with a porous structure configured from a zeolite compound, and at least one type of metal microparticle (20) present in the carrier (10), wherein the carrier (10) has passages (11) that communicate with each other, and the metal microparticles are present at least in the passages (11) of the carrier (10).
(FR) La présente invention concerne une structure de catalyseur de synthèse de Fischer-Tropsch qui évite l'agrégation de microparticules métalliques, et peut atteindre une durée de vie plus longue par la suppression de la réduction de l'activité catalytique, et permet d'économiser des ressources sans avoir besoin d'opérations de remplacement encombrantes, l'invention concerne également un procédé de production de ladite structure de catalyseur, un procédé de production d'hydrocarbures liquides utilisant lesdites structures de catalyseur, et un dispositif de production d'hydrocarbures comprenant lesdites structures de catalyseur. La structure (1) du catalyseur de synthèse de Fischer-Tropsch de la présente invention est dotée d'un support (10) ayant une structure poreuse conçue à partir d'un composé de zéolite, et d'au moins un type de microparticules métalliques (20) présents dans le support (10), le support (10) ayant des passages (11) qui communiquent l'un avec l'autre, et les microparticules métalliques étant présentes au moins dans les passages (11) du support (10).
