Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a gel composition with which a protective tube or cable can be easily filled during cable production; which has a high dropping point (temperature of the change from a semisolid to a liquid); which exhibits a behavior whereby the filler does not outflow from the interior over a broad temperature range, even when the protective tube or cable has been ruptured; and which can stop the infiltration of water into the interior. The gel composition contains (a) a base oil and (b) a hydrogenated block copolymer. The hydrogenated block copolymer (b) is the hydrogenate of a diblock copolymer comprising a polymer block (A) composed mainly of a structural unit derived from an aromatic vinyl compound and a polymer block (B) composed mainly of a structural unit derived from a conjugated diene compound. The content of the polymer block (A) in the hydrogenated block copolymer (b) is 38.0-45.0 mass%, and the content of the hydrogenated block copolymer (b) in the gel composition is 1-20 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the total of the base oil (a) and the hydrogenated block copolymer (b).
(FR) L’invention fournit une composition de gel qui permet de remplir aisément l’intérieur d’un tube de protection ou d’un câble lors de la fabrication d’un câble. Cette composition de gel présente des caractéristiques telles qu’un matériau de remplissage ne fuit pas d’une partie interne, dans une large plage de températures, y compris dans le cas d’un point de goutte (température de passage de corps semi-solide à l’état liquide) élevé et d’un endommagement du tube de protection ou du câble, et permet de prévenir une infiltration d’eau dans la partie interne. Plus précisément, l’invention concerne une composition de gel qui comprend une huile de base (a) et un copolymère séquencé hydrogéné (b). Ledit copolymère séquencé hydrogéné (b) consiste en un produit hydrogéné d’un copolymère à deux séquences qui est constitué d’une séquence polymère (A) essentiellement constituée d’une unité structurale dérivée d’un composé vinyle aromatique, et d’une séquence polymère (B) essentiellement constituée d’une unité structurale dérivée d’un composé diène conjugué. La teneur en séquence polymère (A) dans ledit copolymère séquencé hydrogéné (b) est comprise entre 38,0 et 45,0% en masse. La teneur en copolymère séquencé hydrogéné (b) dans ladite composition de gel, est comprise entre 1 et 20 parties en masse pour 100 parties en masse du total de ladite huile de base (a) et dudit copolymère séquencé hydrogéné (b).
(JA) ケーブルの製造時に保護チューブやケーブル内に容易に充填できるゲル組成物であり、滴点(半固体から液状に変わる温度)が高く、保護チューブやケーブルが破損した場合であっても広い範囲の温度下において内部から充填材が流れ出ない特性を示し、且つ内部への水の浸入を防ぐことができるゲル組成物を提供する。 基油(a)と、水添ブロック共重合体(b)とを含有するゲル組成物であって、前記水添ブロック共重合体(b)が、芳香族ビニル化合物に由来する構造単位を主体とする重合体ブロック(A)及び共役ジエン化合物に由来する構造単位を主体とする重合体ブロック(B)からなるジブロック共重合体の水素添加物であり、前記水添ブロック共重合体(b)における前記重合体ブロック(A)の含有量が38.0~45.0質量%であり、前記ゲル組成物中の水添ブロック共重合体(b)の含有量が、前記基油(a)及び前記水添ブロック共重合体(b)の合計100質量部に対して1~20質量部である、ゲル組成物。
