Title: METHOD FOR PRODUCING NI-BASED HEAT-RESISTANT SUPERALLOY
Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a Ni-based heat-resistant superalloy which can be fine grained and is capable of achieving a high 0.2% proof stress in 1-heat stretch forging using radial forging. The method for producing a Ni-based heat-resistant superalloy comprises: a stretch forging material-heating step for heating a stretch forging material composed of a Ni-based heat-resistant superalloy to at least the δ-phase solvus temperature of the Ni-based heat-resistant superalloy; and a hot-stretch forging step in which stretch forging of the stretch forging material is finished at 880°C or higher, wherein the stretch forging is finished in 1-heat by radial forging in which an operation of pressing the stretch forging material over the entire length thereof to extend the entire length thereof is repeated while rotating the stretch forging material in the circumferential direction.
