Title: COMPOSITE MATERIAL BLADE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING COMPOSITE MATERIAL BLADE
Abstract:
The present invention minimizes wear in a turbine disk and a blade root section of a moving blade when a composite material is used in the moving blade. This composite material blade (1) comprises a blade section (10) and a blade root section (12) comprising a straight section (14) and a bearing section (16). The composite material blade (1) additionally comprises: a layered body (30) that is formed by layering composite material layers (32) and that extends from the blade section (10) to the blade root section (12); and a metal body (40) provided to the blade root section (12). The layered body (30) extends along the lengthwise direction in the blade section (10) and the straight section (14) and extends at an incline in the bearing section (16) in a direction leading away from a central axis (Ax) along the lengthwise direction of the blade section (10) as proximity to an end section (24) increases. The metal body (40) is provided to one surface and the other surface of the layered body (30) in the blade root section (12), extends along the lengthwise direction in the straight section (14), and extends at an incline in the bearing section (16) in a direction leading away from the central axis (Ax) as proximity to the terminal section (24) increases.
