Abstract:
(EN) In order to provide a rubber composition capable of simultaneously suppressing the dependence of the rubber properties on the vulcanization temperature and improving the rupture properties without worsening the heat build-up property, the present invention compounded 30-50 mass parts of carbon black having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 100-130 m2/g, 25-40 mass parts of carbon black of 37-60 m2/g, 1.5-2.2 mass parts of sulfur as pure sulfur, and 110-200 mass% of a sulfenamide-based vulcanization accelerator relative to the pure sulfur with 30-60 mass parts of isoprene rubber and 100 mass parts of diene rubber containing 40-70 mass parts of butadiene rubber.
(FR) Afin de fournir une composition de caoutchouc apte à supprimer simultanément la dépendance des propriétés du caoutchouc de la température de vulcanisation et à améliorer les propriétés de rupture sans détériorer la propriété d'accumulation de chaleur, la présente invention comprend 30 à 50 parties en masse de noir de carbone ayant une surface spécifique d'adsorption d'azote de 100 à 130 m2/g, 25 à 40 parties en masse de noir de carbone de 37 à 60 m2/g, 1,5 à 2,2 parties en masse de soufre sous forme de soufre pur, et 110 à 200 % en masse d'un accélérateur de vulcanisation à base de sulfénamide par rapport au soufre pur avec 30 à 60 parties en masse de caoutchouc isoprène et 100 parties en masse de caoutchouc diénique contenant 40 à 70 parties en masse de caoutchouc butadiène.
(JA) 本発明では、発熱性を悪化させることなく、ゴム物性の加硫温度依存性を抑制し、硬度および破断物性を同時に向上し得るゴム組成物を提供するため、イソプレン系ゴムを30~60質量部およびブタジエンゴムを40~70質量部含むジエン系ゴム100質量部に対し、窒素吸着比表面積が100~130m/gのカーボンブラックを30~50質量部、37~60m/gのカーボンブラックを25~40質量部、硫黄を純硫黄分として1.5~2.2質量部、およびスルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤を前記純硫黄分に対して110~200質量%配合した。
