Abstract:
(EN) This blade vibration monitoring device comprises: a rotary machine that is provided with a rotation shaft that extends along an axis and a plurality of moving blades that have moving blade bodies that extend radially from the rotation shaft outward in the radial direction and shrouds that are provided at the tips of the moving blade bodies and contact each other in the circumferential direction; and sensors that are provided radially outside the shrouds so as to face the shrouds and that detect changes in the outer circumferential surfaces of the shrouds. The outer circumferential surface of each shroud has first surfaces and a second surface which is disposed so as to be interposed between the first surfaces at both sides in the circumferential direction and for which a detection signal generated by the sensors is different from that for the first surfaces.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de surveillance de vibration de lame comprenant : une machine rotative comprenant un arbre de rotation qui s'étend le long d'un axe et une pluralité de lames mobiles possédant des corps de lame mobiles qui s'étendent radialement à partir de l'arbre de rotation vers l'extérieur dans la direction radiale et des carénages qui sont situés au niveau des extrémités des corps de lame mobiles et se touchent dans la direction circonférentielle ; et des capteurs qui sont situés radialement à l'extérieur des carénages de façon à faire face aux carénages et qui détectent des changements dans les surfaces circonférentielles externes des carénages. La surface circonférentielle externe de chaque carénage présente des premières surfaces et une seconde surface disposée de façon à être interposée entre les premières surfaces des deux côtés dans la direction circonférentielle et pour laquelle un signal de détection généré par les capteurs est différent de celui correspondant aux premières surfaces.
