Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a Ni base alloy having wear resistance equivalent to or exceeding that of existing high-carbon martensitic stainless steel, without detriment to the superior anti-corrosion properties and non-magnetic properties which are characteristic of Ni base alloys; and a method for producing Ni base alloy with which it is possible to produce the Ni base alloy efficiently. The Ni base alloy contains, in % by mass, more than 0.1% but no more than 1.0% C, 30-45% Cr, 2-5% Al, and 0.5-3% V, with the remainder being made up of Ni and unavoidable impurities. The Ni base alloy preferably contains a Cr carbide which contains V, and the Ni base alloy is preferably characterized by the Cr carbide which contains V having a field of view surface area ratio of 5-30% in a field of view of 200000 µm2.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : un alliage à base de Ni présentant une résistance à l'usure équivalente ou supérieure à celle d'un acier inoxydable martensitique à haute teneur en carbone existant, sans altérer les propriétés anticorrosion et les propriétés non magnétiques supérieures qui sont caractéristiques d'alliages à base de Ni; et un procédé de production d'un alliage à base de Ni avec lequel il est possible de produire efficacement l'alliage à base de Ni. L'alliage à base de Ni contient, en % en masse, plus de 0,1 % mais pas plus de 1,0 % de C, 30 à 45 % de Cr, de 2 à 5 % d'Al, et de 0,5 à 3 % de V, le reste étant constitué de Ni et d'impuretés inévitables. L'alliage à base de Ni contient de préférence un carbure de Cr qui contient du V, et l'alliage à base de Ni est de préférence caractérisé par le carbure de Cr qui contient V ayant un rapport d'aire de surface de champ de vision de 5 à 30 % dans un champ de vision de 200000 µm2.
(JA) Ni基合金の特徴である耐食性や非磁性といった優れた特性を損なわず、耐摩耗性を既存の高炭素マルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼と同等以上とするNi基合金と、前記Ni基合金を効率的に製造することが可能なNi基合金の製造方法を提供する。 質量%で、C:0.1%を超えて1.0%以下、Cr:30~45%、Al:2~5%、V:0.5~3%、残部はNi及び不純物でなるNi基合金である。好ましくは、Vを含有するCr系炭化物を含むNi基合金であり、好ましくは、200000μmの視野における前記Vを含有するCr系炭化物の視野面積率が5~30%であるNi基合金である。
