Title: MEASUREMENT METHOD FOR FIBROBLAST GROWTH FACTOR–23, MEASUREMENT REAGENT, AND MEASUREMENT KIT
Abstract:
This measurement method for fibroblast growth factor-23 (hereinafter FGF-23) in samples is characterized by comprising steps (1) to (3) and by performing reactions of step (1) and/or step (2) in an aqueous medium containing a surfactant such as polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, where steps (1) to (3) are: (1) a step for reacting, in an aqueous medium, a sample and an FGF-23-binding first antibody or a fragment thereof; (2) a step for reacting, in an aqueous medium, an FGF-23-binding second antibody or a fragment thereof with an immunocomplex 1 produced in step (1) to produce an immunocomplex 2 comprising the FGF-23-binding first antibody or a fragment thereof, FGF-23, and the FGF-23-binding second antibody or a fragment thereof; and (3) a step for measuring the immunocomplex 2 produced in step (2).
