Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a fluorinated ether composition for vapor deposition which can be used to form a vapor-deposited film having excellent frictional durability, an article with a vapor-deposited film, and a production method for the article. This fluorinated ether composition for vapor deposition contains a compound (A) having a poly(oxyperfluoroalkylene) chain and a hydrolyzable silyl group, and a partial condensate (B) of the compound (A), wherein the proportion of the partial condensate (B) to the total amount of the compound (A) and the partial condensate (B) is 4-40 mass%.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition d'éther fluoré destinée à un dépôt en phase vapeur qui peut être utilisée en vue de former un film déposé en phase vapeur présentant une excellente durabilité de frottement, un article comprenant un film déposé en phase vapeur et un procédé de production destiné à l'article. La composition d'éther fluoré destiné à un dépôt en phase vapeur contient un composé (A) présentant une chaîne de poly(oxyperfluoroalkylène) et un groupe silyle hydrolysable, et un condensat partiel (B) du composé (A), la proportion du condensat partiel (B) par rapport à la quantité totale du composé (A) et du condensat partiel (B) étant de 4 à 40 % en masse.
