Abstract:
(EN) The sheet-shaped adhesive according to the present invention is formed from an adhesive composition containing (A) a modified polyolefin resin and (B) a thermosetting component, and satisfies the following conditions (I) and (II). Condition (I): when the sheet-shaped adhesive is allowed to stand for 20 minutes in a 120°C environment, the amount of outgas generation per 1 cm3 is not more than 20 mg/cm3. Condition (II): when a laminate of the sheet-shaped adhesive applied on a 50 μm-thick polyethylene terephthalate film is pressed onto a glass plate using a roller and conditions of a temperature of 60°C, a pressure of 0.2 MPa, and a speed of 0.2 m/min, in order to bond the sheet-shaped adhesive side face of the laminate to the glass plate, and the sheet-shaped adhesive is then cured for 2 hours at 100°C followed by holding for 24 hours in a 23°C/50% relative humidity environment, the adhesive strength of the laminate for the glass plate, as measured in accordance with JIS Z 0237 : 2000 using conditions of a peel rate of 300 mm/min and a peel angle of 180°, is at least 10 N/25 mm.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un adhésif en forme de feuille qui lest formé à partir d'une composition adhésive contenant (A) une résine de polyoléfine modifiée et (B) un composant thermodurcissable, et satisfait les conditions (I) et (II) suivantes. Condition (I) : lorsque l'adhésif en forme de feuille est laissé au repos pendant 20 minutes dans un environnement à 120 °C, la quantité de production de gaz extérieur pour 1 cm3 n'est pas supérieure à 20 mg/cm3. Condition (II) : lorsqu'un stratifié de l'adhésif en forme de feuille appliqué sur un film de poly(éthylène téréphtalate) de 50 µm d'épaisseur est pressé sur une plaque de verre à l'aide d'un rouleau et dans des conditions de température de 60 °C, de pression de 0,2 MPa et de vitesse de 0,2 m/min, afin de lier la face côté adhésif en forme de feuille du stratifié à la plaque de verre, et que l'adhésif en forme de feuille est ensuite durci pendant 2 heures à 100 °C suivi d'un maintien pendant 24 heures dans un environnement d'humidité relative de 23 °C/50 %, la force adhésive du stratifié pour la plaque de verre, mesurée conformément à la norme JIS Z 0237 : 2000 en utilisant des conditions d'une vitesse de pelage de 300 mm/min et d'angle de pelage de 180°, est d'au moins 10 N/25 mm.
(JA) 本発明のシート状接着剤は、変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂(A)及び熱硬化性成分(B)を含む接着剤組成物から形成され、下記要件(I)及び(II)を満たす。 ・要件(I):前記シート状接着剤を120℃の環境下で20分間静置した際の、1cm当たりのアウトガス発生量が、20mg/cm以下である ・要件(II):厚さ50μmのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム上に前記シート状接着剤を貼付した積層体を、温度60℃、圧力0.2MPa、及び速度0.2m/minの条件で、ガラス板にローラーで押し当てて、前記積層体の前記シート状接着剤側の面と前記ガラス板とを貼り合せ、100℃で2時間の条件で前記シート状接着剤を硬化させてから、23℃で相対湿度50%の環境下で24時間保管した後、剥離速度300mm/min及び剥離角度180°の条件でJIS Z0237:2000に準拠して測定される、前記ガラス板からの前記積層体の粘着力が、10N/25mm以上である
