Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a conductive polymer solid electrolytic capacitor, the method comprising: a conductive polymer introduction step for impregnating a dispersion, in which a conductive polymer containing at least one of a structural unit represented by general formula (1) or general formula (2) is dispersed in a non-aqueous solvent, with a porous body containing an electrode material, which is a sintered body of particles, and a dielectric material covering the surface of the electrode material; and a solvent removal step for removing at least a portion of the non-aqueous solvent to form a solid electrolyte covering the surface of the porous body (in general formulae (1) and (2), R1 represents a C1-12 alkyl group, a C1-12 alkoxy group, a C1-12 alkylene oxide group having 1-50 repeating units, a phenyl group which may have a substituent, a heterocyclic group which may have a substituent, or a fused ring group which may have a substituent, A- is a dopant-derived anion, and n is 2 to 300).
