Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a glass panel unit which has a depressurized interior space formed therein, and uses a structure which leaves no exhaust pipe mark. A first substrate (10) having an exhaust hole (50) formed therein and a second substrate (20) are joined to one another via a frame-shaped first sealing material (410), and consequently, an interior space (510) is formed. The interior space (510) is depressurized via the exhaust hole (50), and the exhaust hole (50) is sealed while maintaining the depressurized state of the interior space (510). When doing so, a second sealing material (420) which has been inserted into the exhaust hole (50) is heated and melted while being pressed toward the second substrate (20), and the molten second sealing material (420) seals the exhaust hole (50). In a state where the second sealing material (420) has been inserted into the exhaust hole (50) and has not yet melted, the shapes of the exhaust hole (50) and the second sealing material (420) are not similar when viewed along the center axis of the exhaust hole (50).
(FR) La présente invention concerne une unité de panneau de verre qui comporte un espace intérieur dépressurisé formé en son sein, et qui utilise une structure qui ne laisse aucune marque de tuyau d'échappement. Un premier substrat (10) comportant un trou d'échappement (50) formé en son sein et un second substrat (20) sont reliés l'un à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'un premier matériau d'étanchéité en forme de cadre (410), et par conséquent, un espace intérieur (510) est formé. L'espace intérieur (510) est dépressurisé par l'intermédiaire du trou d'échappement (50), et le trou d'échappement (50) est scellé tout en maintenant l'état dépressurisé de l'espace intérieur (510). Ce faisant, un second matériau d'étanchéité (420) qui a été inséré dans le trou d'échappement (50) est chauffé et fondu tout en étant pressé vers le second substrat (20), et le second matériau d'étanchéité fondu (420) scelle le trou d'échappement (50).
