Abstract:
(EN) This holding mechanism 33 used for an image formation device 30 is provided with: a first metal sheet 1 having a through hole 10 communicating a first surface and a second surface; and a second metal sheet 2 provided with a first protrusion section 23, a second protrusion section 21, and a third protruding section 23 which protrude integrally with a main body part in the plane direction of the main body part from the main body part, and which have plate shapes and are inserted into the through hole 10 from the first surface side of the first metal sheet. On the edge of the through hole are provided: a first end surface 105 and a second end surface 106 which restrict the movement of the second metal sheet in the insertion direction and in a direction perpendicular to the plate pressing direction; restriction sections 101, 102, 103, 104, which restrict the movement of the second metal sheet in the plate pressing direction; and an inclined surface 107a which elastically deforms the first protrusion section so as to rotate the first protrusion section using the insertion direction as a rotation axis, wherein the first protrusion section has an engagement section 23b which engages with the second surface of the first metal sheet in a state in which the first protrusion section has climbed over the inclined surface and is no longer elastically deformed.
(FR) L'invention concerne un mécanisme de maintien 33 utilisé pour un dispositif de formation d'image 30 qui comprend : une première feuille métallique 1 ayant un trou traversant 10 faisant communiquer une première surface et une seconde surface ; et une seconde feuille métallique 2 comportant une première section en saillie 23, une seconde section en saillie 21, et une troisième section en saillie 23 qui font saillie d'un seul tenant avec une partie de corps principal dans la direction du plan de la partie de corps principal à partir de la partie de corps principal, et qui ont des formes de plaque et qui sont insérées dans le trou traversant 10 à partir du premier côté de surface de la première feuille métallique. Sur le bord du trou traversant sont prévues : une première surface d'extrémité 105 et une seconde surface d'extrémité 106 qui limitent le mouvement de la seconde feuille métallique dans la direction d'insertion et dans une direction perpendiculaire à la direction de pression de plaque ; des sections de restriction 101, 102, 103, 104, qui limitent le mouvement de la seconde feuille métallique dans la direction de pression de plaque ; et une surface inclinée 107a qui déforme élastiquement la première section en saillie de façon à faire tourner la première section en saillie en utilisant la direction d'insertion comme axe de rotation, la première section en saillie ayant une section de mise en prise 23b qui vient en prise avec la seconde surface de la première feuille métallique dans un état dans lequel la première section en saillie a chevauché la surface inclinée et n'est plus déformée élastiquement.
