Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a decorative multi-layer extrusion molded bottle which has an inner layer formed of a propylene-based resin and yet is capable of stably presenting a superior metallic feel. This decorative multi-layer extrusion blow-molded bottle comprises an inner layer which is formed of a propylene-based resin and a metallic layer which is disposed on the outer side of said inner layer and in which a metallic pigment is dispersed, and is characterized in that: a resin constituting the metallic layer includes a propylene-based resin; and a resin constituting an inner adjacent layer to the metallic layer satisfies conditional formula (1): η6≥V6-2000 and conditional formula (2): η30≥V30-500, where the shear viscosities (Pa·s) of said resin at shear velocities of 6s-1 and 30s-1 when measured at 210°C are defined as V6 and V30, respectively. In formulae (1) and (2), η6 denotes the shear viscosity (Pa·s) of the resin constituting the metallic layer at a shear velocity of 6s-1 when measured at 210°C, and η30 denotes the shear viscosity (Pa·s) of the resin constituting the metallic layer at a shear velocity of 30s-1 when measured at 210°C.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une bouteille décorative extrudée-soufflée multicouche ayant une couche interne formée d'une résine à base de propylène et étant cependant apte à présenter de façon stable un toucher métallique supérieur. Cette bouteille décorative extrudée-soufflée multicouche comprend une couche interne qui est formée d'une résine à base de propylène et une couche métallique qui est disposée sur le côté externe de ladite couche interne et dans laquelle un pigment métallique est dispersé, et est caractérisée en ce qu’une résine constituant la couche métallique comprend une résine à base de propylène ; et en ce qu’une résine constituant une couche interne adjacente à la couche métallique satisfait à la formule conditionnelle (1) : η6≥V6-2 000 et à la formule conditionnelle (2) : η30≥V30-500, où les coefficients de viscosité de cisaillement (Pa·s) de ladite résine à des vitesses de cisaillement de 6s- 1 et 30s- 1 lorsqu'ils sont mesurés à 210 °C sont définis respectivement par V6 et V30. Dans les formules (1) et (2), η6 représente le coefficient de viscosité de cisaillement (Pa·s) de la résine constituant la couche métallique à une vitesse de cisaillement de 6s- 1 lorsqu'il est mesuré à 210 °C, et η30 représente le coefficient de viscosité de cisaillement (Pa·s) de la résine constituant la couche métallique à une vitesse de cisaillement de 30s- 1 lorsqu’il est mesuré à 210 °C.
