Abstract:
(EN) This constant-velocity universal joint comprises an outer ring in which three axially extending track grooves are formed on one side at circumferential intervals of 120°, a torque tube in which pockets are formed at positions corresponding to each of the track grooves of the outer ring, and balls that are incorporated into the pockets of the torque tube and are capable of rolling along the track grooves. A range-increasing structure, which increases the range of interference between a center shaft part and the torque tube, is provided between the outer ring and the torque tube.
(FR) L'invention concerne un joint universel homocinétique comprenant une bague externe dans laquelle trois rainures de piste s'étendant axialement sont formées sur un côté à des intervalles circonférentiels de 120°, un tube de couple dans lequel des poches sont formées à des positions correspondant à chacune des rainures de piste de la bague externe et des billes qui sont incorporées dans les poches du tube de couple et sont aptes à rouler le long des rainures de piste. Une structure d'augmentation de plage, qui augmente la plage d'interférence entre une partie d'arbre central et le tube de couple, est disposée entre la bague externe et le tube de couple.
(JA) 一方に軸方向に延びる3本のトラック溝が周方向に120°の間隔をおいて形成された外輪と、外輪のトラック溝のそれぞれと対応する位置にポケットが形成されたトルクチューブと、トルクチューブのポケット内に組込まれてトラック溝に沿って転動可能なボールとを備えた等速自在継手である。中心軸部とトルクチューブとの干渉範囲を増大させる範囲増大構造を前記外輪とトルクチューブとの間に設けた。
