Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a spunbonded nonwoven fabric for a filter, the spunbonded nonwoven fabric comprising a composite polyester fiber in which a low melting point polyester having a melting point 10-40°C lower than the melting point of a high melting point polyester is disposed around the high melting point polyester, wherein the spunbonded nonwoven fabric has a surface layer portion and a back layer portion, the single fiber fineness of the composite polyester fiber in the surface layer portion is at least 1 dtex and less than 3 dtex, the single fiber fineness in the back layer portion is 3-5 dtex, and the basis weight of the spunbonded nonwoven fabric is 130-300 g/m2. The spunbonded nonwoven fabric for a filter has high stiffness and air permeability in a thick fineness layer as well as excellent dust resistance in a thin fineness layer.
(FR) L'invention concerne un non-tissé filé-lié destiné à un filtre, le non-tissé filé-lié comprenant une fibre de polyester composite dans laquelle un polyester à point de fusion bas, présentant un point de fusion qui est de 10 à 40 °C plus bas que le point de fusion d'un polyester à point de fusion élevé, est disposé autour du polyester à point de fusion élevé. Le non-tissé filé-lié comporte une partie couche de surface et une partie couche arrière, la finesse de fibre unique de la fibre de polyester composite dans la partie couche de surface est d'au moins 1 dtex et inférieure à 3 dtex, la finesse de fibre unique dans la partie couche arrière est comprise entre 3 et 5 dtex, et le poids de base du non-tissé filé-lié est compris entre 130 et 300 g/m2. Le non-tissé filé-lié destiné à un filtre présente une rigidité élevée et une perméabilité à l'air dans une couche à finesse épaisse ainsi qu'une excellente résistance à la poussière dans une couche à finesse mince.
(JA) 本発明のフィルター用スパンボンド不織布は、高融点ポリエステルの周りに、前記の高融点ポリエステルの融点よりも10~140℃低い融点を有する低融点ポリエステルを配した複合型ポリエステル繊維からなるスパンボンド不織布であって、該スパンボンド不織布は表層部と裏層部を有し、該表層部の複合型ポリエステル繊維の単繊維繊度が1dtex以上3dtex未満、裏層部の単繊維繊度が3dtex以上5dtex以下であり、前記のスパンボンド不織布の目付が130~300g/mのフィルター用スパンボンド不織布である。 太繊度層での高い剛性と通気性を有しながら、細繊度層でのダスト払い落とし性にも優れたフィルター用スパンボンド不織布を提供する。
