Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a medical image processing device, an endoscope system, a diagnosis assistance device and a medical work assistance device, capable of preventing the overlooking of a region of interest without hindering the observation of a medical image by a user, and further make it possible to maintain the attention required at the time of observation. An image acquisition unit acquires a medical image which includes a subject. The medical image is displayed in a first display region (A1) of a monitor (18). A bounding box (74), which is notification information, is displayed superimposed on the medical image in the first display region (A1). In such a case where the size of the region of interest (ROI) increases, the notification information is not displayed in the first display region (A1), and an icon (76), which is a separate piece of notification information, is displayed in a second display region (A2) of the monitor (18).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement des images médicales, un système d'endoscope, un dispositif d'aide au diagnostic et un dispositif d'aide au travail médical, susceptibles d'empêcher la négligence d'une zone d'intérêt, sans gêner l'observation d'une image médicale par un utilisateur et de permettre en outre de maintenir l'attention requise au moment de l'observation. Une unité d'acquisition d'image acquiert une image médicale, laquelle comprend un sujet. L'image médicale est affichée dans une première zone d'affichage (A1) d'un moniteur (18). Un rectangle englobant (74), lequel est une information de notification, est affiché en superposition sur l'image médicale dans la première zone d'affichage (A1). Lorsque la taille de la zone d'intérêt (ROI) augmente, l'information de notification n'est pas affichée dans la première zone d'affichage (A1), et une icône (76), laquelle est une information de notification séparée, est affichée dans une deuxième zone d'affichage (A2) du moniteur (18).
(JA) ユーザーによる医療画像の観察を阻害せず、且つ注目領域の見逃しを防止することができ、さらに、観察時に要する注意を持続できる医療画像処理装置、内視鏡システム、診断支援装置、並びに医療業務支援装置を提供する。画像取得部は、被写体を含む医療画像を取得する。医療画像は、モニタ(18)の第1の表示領域(A1)に表示される。報知情報であるバウンディングボックス(74)は、第1の表示領域(A1)において医療画像に重畳して表示される。注目領域(ROI)の面積が大きくなった場合などには、報知情報は第1の表示領域(A1)において非表示にされ、且つ、モニタ(18)の第2の表示領域(A2)に別の報知情報であるアイコン(76)を表示する。
