Abstract:
(EN) This method for manufacturing a liquid container is a method for manufacturing a liquid container (C) containing liquid content by means of a preform made of a synthetic resin, the method being characterized by having: an expandable body insertion step for inserting an expandable body (40) into the preform (2); an air discharge step for expanding the expandable body (40) inside the preform (2) and discharging the air inside the preform (2) to the outside; a port section closing step for closing an entrance (2a) of the preform (2); an expandable body contraction step for contracting the expandable body (40) while the port section (2a) is closed; and a liquid blow forming step for supplying a pressurized liquid (L) into the preform (2) through a blow nozzle (23), and forming the preform (2) into the liquid container (C).
(FR) Cette méthode de fabrication d'un récipient de liquide est une méthode de fabrication d'un récipient de liquide (C) contenant un contenu liquide au moyen d'une préforme en résine synthétique, la méthode étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend: une étape d'insertion de corps expansible pour insérer un corps expansible (40) dans la préforme (2) ; une étape de décharge d'air pour dilater le corps expansible (40) à l'intérieur de la préforme (2) et évacuer l'air à l'intérieur de la préforme (2) vers l'extérieur ; une étape de fermeture de section d'orifice pour fermer une entrée (2a) de la préforme (2) ; une étape de contraction de corps expansible pour contracter le corps expansible (40) tandis que la section d'orifice (2a) est fermée ; et une étape de formation par soufflage de liquide pour amener un liquide sous pression (L) dans la préforme (2) à travers une buse de soufflage (23), et former la préforme (2) en récipient de liquide (C).
(JA) 合成樹脂製のプリフォーム(2)から内容液を収容した液体入り容器(C)を製造する液体入り容器の製造方法であって、プリフォーム(2)の内部に膨張体(40)を挿入する膨張体挿入工程と、プリフォーム(2)の内部で膨張体(40)を膨張させてプリフォーム(2)の内部の空気を外部に排出させる空気排出工程と、プリフォーム(2)の口部(2a)を閉塞する口部閉塞工程と、口部(2a)を閉塞した状態のまま膨張体(40)を収縮させる膨張体収縮工程と、ブローノズル(23)を通してプリフォーム(2)の内部に加圧した液体(L)を供給し、プリフォーム(2)を液体入り容器(C)に成形する液体ブロー成形工程と、を有することを特徴とする液体入り容器の製造方法。
