Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing a biopolyether polyol, which is a copolymerization reaction of tetrahydrofuran and 2-methyltetrahydrofuran in a monomer ratio (by mass) of 85/15 to 50/50, and the resulting polyether polyol of 100% plant origin having a number-average molecular weight of 500-5000. In addition, a polyurethane resin, which is the product of a synthetic reaction having as the main reactants the above polyether polyol of 100% plant origin, a polyisocyanate compound, and a chain extender that reacts with isocyanate groups, has a change in storage modulus (E') in the low temperature range (0°C) with respect to normal temperature (20°C) of within 0-15%.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un polyol de biopolyéther, qui est une réaction de copolymérisation de tétrahydrofurane et de 2-méthyltétrahydrofurane dans un rapport monomère (en masse) de 85/15 à 50/50, le polyol de polyéther résultant d'origine 100 % végétale ayant un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre de 500 à 5 000. De plus, une résine de polyuréthane, qui est le produit d'une réaction de synthèse ayant comme réactifs principaux le polyol de polyéther ci-dessus d'origine 100 % végétale, un composé polyisocyanate, et un allongeur de chaîne qui réagit avec des groupes isocyanate, présente un changement de module de stockage (E'), dans la plage de basses températures (0 °C) par rapport à la température normale (20 °C), de 0 à 15 %.
(JA) 本発明は、テトラヒドロフランと2-メチルテトラヒドロフランとのモノマー比(質量)は85/15ないし50/50での共重合反応であるバイオポリエーテルポリオールの製造方法および得られた数平均分子量は500~5000である100%植物由来ポリエーテルポリオールに関するものである。また、前記100%植物由来ポリエーテルポリオール、ポリイソシアネート化合物、及びイソシアネート基と反応する鎖延長剤を主要な反応物とする合成反応の生成物であるポリウレタン樹脂は、常温(20℃)に対する低温域(0℃)における貯蔵弾性率(E')の変化は0%~15%以内である。
