Title: OPTICAL LAMINATE PRODUCTION METHOD
Abstract:
The present invention provides a method with which it is possible to flawlessly perform cutting work integrally on a glass plate and an optically functional film. The optical laminate production method according to the present invention comprises: forming an optical laminate by laminating a glass plate and an optically functional film; forming a workpiece by laminating multiple pieces of the optical laminate; and rotating a cutting means which has a rotational axis extending in the lamination direction of the workpiece and an cutting edge formed so as to constitute an outermost diameter of a body rotating about the rotational axis, and, at the same time, moving the workpiece and the cutting means relative to each other to perform cutting work on the outer peripheral surface of the workpiece. The cutting work is performed at a per-edge feed rate of 5-30 μm/edge.
