Abstract:
(EN) A structure for connecting an electric wire in which a core wire 2 is connected to a bus bar 5, the core wire being exposed from an insulation covering part 3 at the end side of a covered electric wire 1 that has the insulation covering part 3, and the insulation covering part 3 covering the outer circumference of the core wire 2, wherein: an auxiliary terminal T that has an electric wire gripping part 8 that grips the insulation coating part 3 of the covered electric wire 1, and a core wire protection part 10 that extends from one end of the electric wire gripping part 8, is attached to the end side of the covered electric wire 1; the core wire protection part 10 has a base 11 on which the insulation coating part 3 is mounted, and welding pieces 12, 12 placed near the core wire 2 that extend from the base 11 and are exposed from the insulation coating part 3; and, together with the exposed core wire 2, the welding pieces 12, 12 are welded on one surface of the bus bar 5.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une structure pour connecter un fil électrique dans laquelle un fil central (2) est connecté à une barre omnibus (5), le fil central étant exposé à partir d'une partie de recouvrement d'isolation (3) au niveau du côté d'extrémité d'un fil électrique gainé (1) qui comporte la partie de recouvrement d'isolation (3), et la partie de recouvrement d'isolation (3) recouvrant la circonférence externe du fil central (2). Dans ladite invention, une borne auxiliaire T qui comporte une partie de préhension de fil électrique (8) qui serre la partie de recouvrement d'isolation (3) du fil électrique gainé (1), et une partie de protection de fil central (10) qui s'étend à partir d'une extrémité de la partie de préhension de fil électrique (8), est fixée au côté d'extrémité du fil électrique gainé (1) ; la partie de protection de fil central (10) comporte une base (11) sur laquelle est montée la partie de recouvrement d'isolation (3), et des pièces de soudage (12, 12) placées à proximité du fil central (2) qui s'étendent à partir de la base (11) et sont exposées à partir de la partie de recouvrement d'isolation (3) ; et, conjointement au fil central exposé (2), les pièces de soudage (12, 12) sont soudées sur une surface de la barre omnibus (5).
(JA) 芯線2の外周を被覆する絶縁被覆部3を有する被覆電線1の端部側で絶縁被覆部3から露出させた芯線2を、バスバー5に接続する電線の接続構造であって、被覆電線1の端部側には、被覆電線1の絶縁被覆部3を把持している電線把持部8と、電線把持部8の一端部から延設された芯線保護部10とを有する補助端子T1が取り付けられ、芯線保護部10は、絶縁被覆部3が載置される基部11と、基部11から延設され且つ絶縁被覆部3から露出させた芯線2の近傍に配置されている溶着片12、12とを有し、バスバー5の一方面に対して、露出させた芯線2と共に、溶着片12、12が溶着されている。
