Abstract:
(EN) A control device (12) of a stabilized power supply device (1) is equipped with: a comparator (35) for comparing the highs and lows of a voltage command value (Vor) and a triangle wave signal (Cu), and on the basis of the comparison results, generating gate signals (Au, Bu) in order to control IGBTs (Q1-Q6) of an inverter (6); and a frequency adjustment unit (32) for adjusting the frequency of the triangle wave signal (Cu) to a lower-limit value (fL) within a range in which setting the output AC voltage (Vo) to a reference AC voltage (Vr) is possible. Consequently, it is possible to reduce the switching loss which occurs in the IGBTs (Q1-Q6) of the inverter (6).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de régulation (12) d'un dispositif d'alimentation électrique stabilisé (1), comprenant : un comparateur (35) destiné à comparer les hauts et les bas d'une valeur de régulation de tension (Vor) et d'un signal d'onde triangulaire (Cu) et, en fonction des résultats de la comparaison, à générer des signaux de grille (Au, Bu) afin de commander des transistors bipolaires à grille isolée (IGBT) (Q1-Q6) d'un onduleur (6) ; et une unité de réglage de fréquence (32) destinée à régler la fréquence du signal d'onde triangulaire (Cu) à une valeur limite inférieure (fL) sur une plage sur laquelle le réglage de la tension alternative de sortie (Vo) sur une tension alternative de référence (Vr) est possible. La présente invention permet ainsi de réduire la perte de commutation qui se produit dans les IGBT (Q1-Q6) de l'onduleur (6).
(JA) 安定化電源装置(1)の制御装置(12)は、電圧指令値(Vor)と三角波信号(Cu)との高低を比較し、その比較結果に基づいて、インバータ6のIGBT(Q1~Q6)を制御するためのゲート信号(Au,Bu,…)を生成する比較器(35)と、出力交流電圧(Vo)を参照交流電圧(Vr)にすることが可能な範囲内で三角波信号(Cu)の周波数を下限値(fL)に調整する周波数調整部(32)とを備える。したがって、インバータ(6)のIGBT(Q1~Q6)で発生するスイッチング損失を低減できる。
