Abstract:
(EN) According to the present invention, in a tool imaging method in which a tool (T) and a workpiece (W) are caused to move relative to each other to capture an image of the tool being held on a main spindle (110) of a machine tool (100) which processes the workpiece with the rotating tool: the tool to be imaged is attached to the leading end of the main spindle of the machine tool; the main spindle holding the tool is moved to an imaging position inside a processing chamber (122) where the workpiece is to be processed; and an image of the tool being held at the imaging position within the processing chamber is captured by an imaging device (150) disposed within a tool storage chamber (124) where a plurality of tools are stored.
(FR) Selon la présente invention, dans un procédé d'imagerie d'outil dans lequel un outil (T) et une pièce (W) sont amenés à se déplacer l'un par rapport à l'autre pour capturer une image de l'outil qui est maintenu sur une broche principale (110) d'une machine-outil (100) qui traite la pièce au moyen de l'outil rotatif : l'outil à imager est fixé à l'extrémité avant de la broche principale de la machine-outil ; la broche principale maintenant l'outil est déplacée vers une position d'imagerie à l'intérieur d'une chambre de traitement (122) où la pièce est à traiter ; et une image de l'outil étant maintenu en position d'imagerie à l'intérieur de la chambre de traitement est capturée par un dispositif d'imagerie (150) disposé à l'intérieur d'une chambre de stockage d'outil (124) où une pluralité d'outils sont stockés.
(JA) 工具(T)とワーク(W)とを相対的に移動させて、回転する工具でワークを加工する工作機械(100)の主軸(110)に保持した工具を撮像する工具撮像方法において、工作機械の主軸先端部に撮像すべき工具を装着し、ワークを加工する加工室(122)内の撮像位置に工具を保持した主軸を移動させ、複数の工具を保管する工具収納室(124)内に配置された撮像装置(150)によって加工室内の撮像位置に保持している工具を撮像するようにした。
