The purpose of the present invention is to provide, as a replacement for cubic toys such as Yoshimoto cubes, an abundant game pattern, a game pattern for which changes in shape are unpredictable, and a polyhedral toy, wherein shape changes of the polyhedral toy can be enjoyed even though the polyhedral toy is a polyhedral object, and a plurality of two or more of the polyhedral toys can be combined to provide the polyhedral toys with an expandability that enriches the content of games. To this end, a polyhedron U1 constituting the toy, when forming three quadrangular pyramids G1-G3 having three faces R1-R3 of a cube R as bottom faces, comprises a triangular surface 10 of six triangular faces T1-T6 excluding each of the side faces of the quadrangular pyramids G1-G3 overlapping each other. When each polyhedron U1-U8 formed as such is a toy 1 that expands, as shown fig. 1, into a two-row-by-four-column rectangular shape, the triangular faces 10, third face R3, third face R3, and triangular faces 10 in each of the first row and second row are configured so as to face each other when the plane of the toy is viewed in a plan view.
