Abstract:
An ozone water production apparatus comprising: a cooling device having a cooling water outflow opening and a cooling water inflow opening, the cooling device supplying cooling water; an ozone generation device having a cooling water outflow opening and a cooling water inflow opening, the ozone generation device generating ozone; an ozone dissolution device having an ozone water outflow opening and an ozone water inflow opening, ozone generated by the ozone generation device being introduced into the ozone dissolution device; a heat exchanger having a cooling water outflow opening, a cooling water inflow opening, an ozone water outflow opening, and an ozone water inflow opening; a first flow path linking the cooling water outflow opening of the cooling device and the cooling water inflow opening of the ozone generation device; a second flow path linking the cooling water outflow opening of the ozone generation device and the cooling water inflow opening of the cooling device; a third flow path linking the ozone water outflow opening of the heat exchanger and the ozone water inflow opening of the ozone dissolution device; a fourth flow path linking the ozone water outflow opening of the ozone dissolution device and the ozone water inflow opening of the heat exchanger; a fifth flow path through which cooling water supplied from the cooling device is introduced into the cooling water inflow opening of the heat exchanger; and a sixth flow path linking the cooling water outflow path of the heat exchanger and the second flow path.
