Abstract:
(EN) A method, apparatus and computer program product for fusing information, to be performed by a device comprising a processor and a memory device, the method comprising: receiving one or more distance readings related to the environment from a Lidar device emitting light in a predetermined wavelength; receiving an image captured by a multi spectra camera, the multi spectra camera being sensitive at least to visible light and to the predetermined wavelength; identifying within the image points or areas having the predetermined wavelength; identifying one or more objects within the image; identifying correspondence between each of the light points or areas and one of the readings; associating the object with a distance, based on the reading and points or areas within the object; and outputting indication of the object and the distance associated with the at least one object.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé, un appareil et un produit-programme d'ordinateur permettant la fusion d'informations réalisée par un dispositif comprenant un processeur et un dispositif de mémoire, le procédé comprenant : la réception d'une ou plusieurs lectures de distance associées à l'environnement en provenance d'un dispositif Lidar émettant de la lumière dans une longueur d'onde prédéterminée ; la réception d'une image capturée par une caméra à spectres multiples, la caméra à spectres multiples étant sensible au moins à la lumière visible et à la longueur d'onde prédéterminée ; l'identification dans l'image de points ou de zones présentant la longueur d'onde prédéterminée ; l'identification d'un ou plusieurs objets à l'intérieur de l'image ; l'identification d'une correspondance entre chacun des points ou zones de lumière et l'une des lectures ; l'association de l'objet à une distance, en fonction de la lecture et des points ou des zones à l'intérieur de l'objet ; et l'émission en sortie d'une indication de l'objet et de la distance associée auxdits objets.
