Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for increasing the expression and/or promoting correct folding of a heterologous polypeptide of interest in a plant cell, comprising co-expressing the heterologous polypeptide of interest with a polypeptide encoding a mammalian chaperone protein. The invention also relates to plant cells and plants, which either transiently or stably, co-express the heterologous polypeptide of interest and the chaperone protein.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour augmenter l'expression et/ou favoriser le repliement correct d'un polypeptide hétérologue d'intérêt dans une cellule végétale, comprenant la co-expression du polypeptide hétérologue d'intérêt avec un polypeptide codant pour une protéine chaperon mammifère. L'invention concerne également des cellules végétales et des plantes qui, soit de manière transitoire soit de manière stable, co-expriment le polypeptide hétérologue d'intérêt et la protéine chaperon.
