Abstract:
(EN) A braking system for vehicles (4) comprising a pilot pump (8) provided with a manual actuation means (12), lever and/or pedal, which is fluidically connected, by means of a first hydraulic duct (16), to an absorber device (20) which simulates the driving resistance offered by at least one braking device (24', 24'') associated with a wheel of said vehicle, wherein a first shut-off valve (28) is arranged along said first hydraulic duct (16), at least one actuator device (32', 32''), electromechanical and/or electrohydraulic, operatively connected to at least one electricity storage device (36', 36'') and said at least one braking device (24', 24'') for actuating the latter, at least one sensor (40, 42, 44), belonging to a group comprising position sensors (40), force sensors (42), pressure sensors (44), adapted to detect the onset and the magnitude of a request for braking action exerted by the user through said lever or pedal (12). The system (4) comprises at least one control unit (30', 30'') operatively connected to said at least one sensor (40, 42, 44) and to the at least one actuator device (32', 32'') and being programmed so as to actuate the braking device (24', 24'') by means of the actuator device (32', 32'') when it receives from said sensors (40, 42, 44) a braking action request signal. The control unit (30', 30'') is programmed so as to correct the braking action requested by the user, actuating the actuator device (32', 32' ') so as to avoid blocking of one or more wheels or the occurrence of instability of the vehicle during braking, wherein the control unit (30', 30' ') is programmed to induce on the manual actuation means (12) at least one vibration when it corrects the braking action requested by the user.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de freinage pour véhicules (4) comprenant une pompe pilote (8) pourvue d'un moyen d'actionnement manuel (12), d'un levier et/ou d'une pédale, qui est en communication fluidique, au moyen d'un premier conduit hydraulique (16), avec un dispositif absorbant (20) qui simule la résistance à la conduite offerte par au moins un dispositif de freinage (24', 24'') associé à une roue dudit véhicule, une première vanne d'arrêt (28) étant disposée le long dudit premier conduit hydraulique (16), au moins un dispositif d'actionnement (32', 32''), électromécanique et/ou électrohydraulique, relié fonctionnellement à au moins un dispositif de stockage d'électricité (36', 36'') et audit dispositif de freinage (24', 24'') pour actionner ce dernier, au moins un capteur (40, 42, 44), appartenant à un groupe comprenant des capteurs de position (40), des capteurs de force (42), des capteurs de pression (44), conçu pour détecter la survenance et l'amplitude d'une demande d'action de freinage exercée par l'utilisateur au moyen dudit levier ou de ladite pédale (12). Le système (4) comprend au moins une unité de commande (30', 30'') reliée fonctionnellement audit capteur (40, 42, 44) et audit dispositif actionneur (32', 32'') et programmée pour actionner le dispositif de freinage (24', 24'') au moyen du dispositif d'actionnement (32', 32'') lorsqu'il reçoit desdits capteurs (40, 42, 44) un signal de demande d'action de freinage. L'unité de commande (30', 30'') est programmée de manière à corriger l'action de freinage demandée par l'utilisateur, en actionnant le dispositif actionneur (32', 32'') de manière à éviter le blocage d'une ou de plusieurs roues ou la survenue d'une instabilité du véhicule pendant le freinage, l'unité de commande (30', 30'') étant programmée pour déclencher sur le moyen d'actionnement manuel (12) au moins une vibration lorsqu'il corrige l'action de freinage demandée par l'utilisateur.
