Abstract:
The subject matter of the present invention is a method for controlling the switching operations of an electrical system comprising at least one frequency-controlled switch arm (H), and a resonant primary circuit (LLC), a secondary circuit (RD) and a transformer (Trf), said switch arm (H) having a high branch comprising a high switching element (QH) and a low branch comprising a low switching element (QL), said switching elements respectively having a parasitic capacitance (Coss) and said switch arm (H) furthermore having at least one soft switching capacitance (CH, CL), said method comprising the determination of a duration of the dead time on the basis of the expression: (I). where Vin is the input voltage of the LLC converter, Vout is the output voltage of the resonant primary circuit (LLC), N is the transformation ratio of the transformer, Lm is the value of a first resonance inductance of the resonant primary circuit (LLC), β is a chosen margin, for example equal to 0.2, and CTotal = 2 x Coss + Czvs.
