Abstract:
The invention concerns, in particular, the additive manufacturing of a metal part (300) having low thermal conductivity, by robotic arc-welding with addition of a material by welding wire, by consecutively depositing layers (310), using a device comprising a movable welding torch (200) provided with an infusible electrode (215) and a contact tube configured to guide the welding wire (230). An electric current supplied to the electrode (215) generates and maintains an electric arc (315) between the electrode (215) and the part (305) being manufactured, allowing the formation of a melt bath (320) at a point on the surface of the part (305). The welding wire (230) is fed, via the contact tube, to the point on the surface of the part (305) comprising the melt bath (320). The welding wire (230) is partially melted upon contact with the melt bath (320) protected by an inert gas.
