Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a heat exchanger (1) comprising: a bundle (2) of tubes comprising a plurality of tubes (20) arranged in parallel and spacers (21) arranged between said tubes (20); and a collector plate (4) comprising holes (43) into which ends (22) of the tubes (20) are inserted, the collector plate (4) comprising at least one compressible seal (41) forming first compressible collars (45), the first compressible collars (45) being inserted into the holes (43) and compressed between the wall of the holes (43) and the ends (22) of the tubes (20) in order to seal between said ends (22) of the tubes (20) and the collector plate (4), said production method comprising a quenching step applied at least to the ends (22) of the tubes (20).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un échangeur de chaleur (1) comprenant : ◦ un faisceau (2) de tubes comportant une multiplicité de tubes (20) disposés parallèlement les uns aux autres et des intercalaires (21) disposées entre lesdits tubes (20), ◦ une plaque collectrice (4) comprenant des trous (43) dans lesquels sont introduits des extrémités (22) des tubes (20), la plaque collectrice (4) comportant au moins un joint d'étanchéité (41) compressible formant des premiers collets compressibles (45), les premiers collets compressibles (45) étant insérés dans les trous (43) et comprimés entre la paroi des trous (43) et les extrémités (22) des tubes (20) pour assurer l'étanchéité entre lesdites extrémités (22) des tubes (20) et la plaque collectrice (4), ledit procédé de fabrication comprenant une étape de trempe appliquée au moins sur les extrémités (22) des tubes (20).
