Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for detecting the wetting degree of the surface of a strip (5) moved in the longitudinal direction (1) and to a corresponding device. The surface of the strip (5) is irradiated by a UV light source (2), over the entire width of the strip, and the light emitted by or reflected on the surface is measured by means of at least one sensor (3) over the entire width. The method and the device are used to determine a wetting degree of steel strips by oil.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection du degré de mouillage de la surface d'une bande (5) déplacée dans la direction longitudinale (1) et un dispositif correspondant. La surface de la bande (5) est irradiée par une source de lumière UV (2) sur toute la largeur de la bande et la lumière réfléchie ou émise au niveau de la surface est mesurée au moyen d'au moins un capteur (3) sur toute sa largeur. Le procédé et le dispositif sont utilisés pour déterminer un degré de mouillage de bandes d'acier avec de l'huile.
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Detektion des Benetzungsgrades der Oberfläche eines in Längsrichtung (1) bewegten Bandes (5) und eine entsprechende Vorrichtung. Die Oberfläche des Bandes (5) wird durch eine ine UV-Lichtquelle (2) über die gesamte Breite des Bandes bestrahlt und das an der Oberfläche reflektierete oder emittierte Licht wird mittels zumindest einem Sensor (3) über die gesamte Breite gemessen. Das Verfahren und die Vorrichtung findet Anwendung bei der Bestimmung eines Benetzungsgrades von Stahlbändern mit Öl.
