Abstract:
The invention relates to a semiconductor laser diode (100) which has a first resonator (1) and a second resonator (2) which have parallel resonator devices in a longitudinal direction (93) and are monolithically integrated into the semiconductor laser diode (100), wherein: the first resonator (1) comprises at least some of a semiconductor layer sequence (12) having an active layer (13) and an active region (15) which can be electrically pumped during operation of the semiconductor laser diode (100) to produce a first light (19); the longitudinal direction (93) is parallel to a main extension direction of the active layer (13); and the second resonator (2) comprises an active region (25) having a laser-active material (21) which can be optically pumped by at least some of the first light (19) during operation of the semiconductor laser diode (100) to produce a second light (29) which is emitted partially outwards out of the second resonator (2).
