Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a bistable solenoid valve (10A) for a hydraulic braking system, comprising a magnetic assembly (20A) and a guide sleeve (13), in which a pole core (11) is fixedly arranged and a valve armature (40a) having a permanent magnet (18), which is polarized in the direction of motion thereof, is arranged for axial movement, the magnetic assembly (20A) being slid onto the pole core (11) and onto the guide sleeve (13), and the pole core (11) forming an axial stop for the valve armature (40A), the valve armature (40A) being able to be driven by a magnetic force produced by the magnetic assembly (20A) and/or by a magnetic force of the permanent magnet (18) and forcing a closing element (41) into a valve seat (15.1) during closing motion and lifting said closing element out of the valve seat (15.1) during opening motion. The invention further relates to a hydraulic braking system having such a bistable solenoid valve (10A). The valve armature (40A) is designed as a plastic component, and, at an end face of the valve armature (40A) facing the pole core (11), the permanent magnet (18) is injected into or mounted in a magnet receptacle (43A).
(FR) L’invention concerne une électrovanne bistable (10A) pour un système de freinage hydraulique, comprenant un ensemble électroaimant (20A), un tube de guidage (13) dans lequel un noyau polaire (11) est monté fixe et une armature (40A) dotée d’un aimant permanent (18) polarisé dans sa direction de déplacement est montée mobile en déplacement axial, l’ensemble électroaimant (20A) étant monté autour du le noyau polaire (11) et du tube de guidage (13), et le noyau polaire (11) formant une butée axiale pour l'armature (40A), l’armature (40A) étant actionnée par une force magnétique générée par l’ensemble électroaimant (20A) et/ou par une force magnétique de l’aimant permanent (18), et poussant un élément obturateur (41) contre un siège de vanne (15.1) lors d’un mouvement de fermeture, et l’écartant du siège de vanne (15.1) lors d’un mouvement d’ouverture, ainsi qu’un système de freinage hydraulique comprenant au moins une telle électrovanne bistable (10A). L’armature (40A) est conçue sous forme d’un élément en plastique, et l’aimant permanent (18) est moulé ou monté dans un logement d’aimant (43A) à une première extrémité de l’armature (40A), dirigée vers le noyau polaire (11).
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein bistabiles Magnetventil (10A) für ein hydraulisches Bremssystem, mit einer Magnetbaugruppe (20A) und einer Führungshülse (13), in welcher ein Polkern (11) fest und ein Ventilanker (40A) mit einem Permanent- magnet (18), welcher in seiner Bewegungsrichtung polarisiert ist, axial verlager- bar angeordnet sind, wobei die Magnetbaugruppe (20A) auf den Polkern (11) und die Führungshülse (13) aufgeschoben ist, und wobei der Polkern (11) einen axialen Anschlag für den Ventilanker (40A) ausbildet, wobei der Ventilanker (40A) von einer durch die Magnetbaugruppe (20A) erzeugten Magnetkraft und/oder durch eine Magnetkraft des Permanentmagneten (18) antreibbar ist und ein Schließelement (41) während einer Schließbewegung in einen Ventilsitz (15.1) drängt und während einer Öffnungsbewegung aus dem Ventilsitz (15.1) abhebt, sowie ein hydraulisches Bremssystem mit einem solchen bistabilen Magnetventil (10A).Hierbei ist der Ventilanker (40A) als Kunststoffbauteil ausge- führt, und der Permanentmagnet (18) ist an einer dem Polkern (11) zugewandten ersten Stirnseite des Ventilankers (40A) in eine Magnetaufnahme (43A) einge- spritzt oder montiert.
