Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an asymmetric pump impeller (1) for a pump unit for conveying a liquid which in particular contains solids, said impeller being formed at least to some extent in layers by an additive production method and having at least one cavity (5, 6) in the interior of the material of the impeller, said cavity being formed during the production in layers and closed completely towards the outside or except for an opening (7, 8) for removal of unhardened material from the cavity (5, 6). The cavity (5, 6) is positioned and designed in such a way that an inertia axis of the pump impeller (1) is displaced with respect to the axis of rotation (15) of the pump impeller (1). This has the advantage that the impeller is already largely free of unbalances immediately after the production or manufacture of the impeller, such that no or only minor subsequent balancing is required.
(FR) L'invention concerne un rotor de pompe asymétrique (1) pour un groupe motopompe destiné à transporter un liquide, en particulier un liquide chargé de matières solides, qui est formé au moins partiellement en couches par un procédé de fabrication d'additifs et présente au moins une cavité (5, 6) à l'intérieur de son matériau, laquelle cavité est formée lors de la fabrication en couches et est complètement fermée à l'extérieur, ou à une ouverture (7, 8) pour retirer le matériau non consolidé de la cavité (5, 6). La cavité (5, 6) est positionnée et formée de telle sorte qu'un axe d'inertie du rotor de pompe (1) est déplacé vers l'axe de rotation (15) du rotor de pompe (1). Ceci présente l'avantage que le rotor est largement exempt de tout déséquilibre dès sa fabrication ou sa production, de sorte qu'il n'est plus nécessaire d'effectuer un équilibrage ultérieur, ou que celui-ci n'est effectué que de manière négligeable.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein asymmetrisches Pumpenlaufrad (1) für ein Pumpenaggregat zur Förderung einer insbesondere feststoffbeladenen Flüssigkeit, das zumindest zum Teil schichtweise durch ein additives Herstellungsverfahren gebildet ist und zumindest einen Hohlraum (5, 6) in seinem Materialinneren aufweist, der bei der schichtweisen Herstellung ausgebildet wird und nach außen vollständig oder bis auf eine Öffnung (7, 8) zum Entfernen unverfestigten Materials aus dem Hohlraum (5, 6) geschlossen ist. Der Hohlraum (5, 6) ist dabei derart positioniert und ausgebildet, dass eine Trägheitsachse des Pumpenlaufrads (1) zur Rotationsachse (15) des Pumpenlaufrads (1) hin verschoben ist. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass das Laufrad bereits unmittelbar nach seiner Herstellung bzw. Erzeugung weitgehend frei von Unwuchten ist, so dass ein nachgelagertes Auswuchten nicht mehr oder nur geringfügig erfolgen muss.
