Abstract:
(EN) A catalyst and a method for catalyzing and directly converting syngas for preparing liquid fuel and for producing light olefins. Using syngas as a raw material for reaction, a reaction is conducted on a fixed bed or on a mobile bed. The catalyst contains components A and B, component A being active metal oxide and the active ingredient in component B being a molecular sieve having a MEL structure. The distance between the geometric center of catalyst B particles and catalyst A is between 2nm and 10mm. The weight ratio of catalyst A and catalyst B is 0.1-20. The syngas pressure is 0.1-10 MPa, the reaction temperature is 300-600°C, and the space velocity is 300-10000h-1. The reaction primarily produces petrol having a high octane number, and secondarily produces light olefins. Additionally, the selectivity of the byproduct methane is low (<10%). The invention has excellent prospects for application.
(FR) L'invention concerne un catalyseur et un procédé pour catalyser et convertir directement un gaz de synthèse pour préparer un combustible liquide et produire des oléfines légères. L'utilisation d'un gaz de synthèse en tant que matière première pour réaction permet de conduire une réaction sur un lit fixe ou un lit mobile. Le catalyseur contient des composants A et B, le composant A étant un oxyde métallique actif et l'ingrédient actif dans le composant B étant un tamis moléculaire ayant une structure MEL. La distance entre le centre géométrique des particules du catalyseur B et le catalyseur A est comprise entre 2 nm et 10 mm. Le rapport pondéral du catalyseur A et du catalyseur B va de 0,1-20. La pression du gaz de synthèse va de 0,1 à 10 MPa, la température de réaction est comprise entre 300 et 600 °C, et la vitesse spatiale est comprise entre 300 et 10 000 h-1. La réaction produit principalement de l'essence ayant un indice d'octane élevé, et produit secondairement des oléfines légères. De plus, la sélectivité du sous-produit méthane est faible (<10%). L'invention présente d'excellentes perspectives d'application.
(ZH) 一种催化剂及催化合成气直接转化制液体燃料联产低碳烯烃的方法。以合成气为反应原料,在固定床或移动床上进行反应,催化剂含A和B组份,组份A为活性金属氧化物,组份B活性组分为具有MEL结构的分子筛;催化剂A和催化剂B颗粒的几何中心之间间距介于2nm-10mm之间;催化剂A与催化剂B的重量比为0.1-20。合成气压力为0.1-10MPa,反应温度为300-600℃,空速为300-10000h -1。反应主产辛烷值高的汽油,并联产低碳烯烃,同时副产物甲烷选择性低(<10%),具有很好的应用前景。
