Title: STEPLESS GRAPHENE FILTER CHOKE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Abstract:
The invention discloses a stepless graphene filter choke and a manufacturing method thereof. The filter choke comprises a plurality of groups of coils, a positive leading-out wire, a negative leading-out wire, an absorbing layer and a shell. The groups of coils are tightly arranged from head to tail to form a tubular structure. The leading-out end of the first group of coils is connected with the positive leading-out wire. The leading-out end of the last group of coils is connected with the negative leading-out wire. The tubular structure is accommodated in the shell. The positive leading-out wire and the negative leading-out wire pass through the shell respectively. The shell is seamlessly filled with the absorbing layer. The absorbing layer is insufficient contact with the outer surfaces of the groups of coils. The absorbing layer is made from a graphene liquid metal master batch. A filter layer is packaged all-dimensionally, in the filtering process, more than 95% of energy loss is reduced compared with silicon steel sheet filtering, and the application effect is extremely good.
