Abstract:
Provided are a multi-level circuit, a three-phase multi-level circuit, and a control method; said multi-level circuit comprises two sets of bus bar capacitors (C1, C2) connected in series; a plurality of switch tube branches connected in parallel to the capacitors, each switch tube branch consisting of a first half-bridge (Q1, Q2) and a second half-bridge (Q3, Q4) and the common terminal of the two half-bridges being connected to a ground (N); and two negatively coupled inductors (L1, L2); each input terminal of each negatively coupled inductor is connected to a unique common terminal (A1, A2) of the two switch tubes in the first half-bridge of a single switch tube branch. The circuit has a lower number of sets of bus bar capacitors, reducing the complexity of the circuit design; the voltage difference of the switch tube is also reduced, satisfying the requirements of a circuit using a lower-level withstand-voltage component.
