Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a PCR-HRM detection method for rapidly identifying a PRRSV vaccine strain, i.e. GDr180 strain, and other virulent strains. The method of the present invention is based on PCR in combination with HRM, comprising a first round of PCR conventional amplification and a second round of PCR-HRM, and the addition of a fluorescence-saturated dye before the reaction.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de détection par PCR-HRM permettant d'identifier rapidement une souche de vaccin contre le virus du syndrome dysgénésique et respiratoire du porc (SDRP), c'est-à-dire une souche GDr180, et d'autres souches virulentes. Le procédé selon la présente invention est basé sur la PCR en association avec HRM, comprenant un premier cycle d'amplification classique par PCR et un second cycle de PCR-HRM, et l'ajout d'un colorant saturé de fluorescence avant la réaction.
