Abstract:
A porous differential pressure flow sensor (100), comprising: a fluid conduit (110, 310), comprising an inflow end (111, 311) and an outflow end (112, 312); a flow blocking member (120), being provided in the fluid conduit (110, 310) and having an edge connected to an inner wall of the fluid conduit (110, 310); the flow blocking member (120) comprises a fluid blocking layer (121, 221, 321) and a one-way valve (122, 222, 322) which are connected to each other, the fluid blocking layer (121, 221, 321) having a plurality of porous structures for a fluid to pass through; the one-way valve (122, 222, 322) is openable towards the direction of the outflow end (112, 312) under pressure. And a lung function meter having the porous differential pressure flow sensor (100). The one-way valve (122, 222, 322) is provided to increase, in cases where the fluid flow is relatively small, the difference in pressure drop at both sides of the flow blocking layer so that the sensitivity and accuracy of flow detection is effectively improved, and to decrease, in cases where the fluid flow is relatively large, the difference in pressure drop at both sides of the flow blocking layer, thereby expanding the fluid flow detection range.
