Abstract:
A display substrate and a display device. The display substrate comprises a signal line located in a display region of the display substrate, an electrostatic lead-out line in a frame region, and an electrostatic discharge unit comprising a first thin film transistor (T1), a second thin film transistor (T2), a third thin film transistor (T3) and a fourth thin film transistor (T4); a drain and a gate of the first thin film transistor (T1) are connected to the signal line (L1); a drain and a gate of the second thin film transistor (T2) are connected to the electrostatic lead-out line (L2); a source of the first thin film transistor (T1), a source of the second thin film transistor (T2), a gate of the third thin film transistor (T3) and a gate of the fourth thin film transistor (T4) are connected to a first node; a drain of the third thin film transistor (T3) and a drain of the fourth thin film transistor (T4) are connected to the signal line (L1); a source of the third thin film transistor (T3) and a source of the fourth thin film transistor (T4) are connected to the electrostatic lead-out line (L2). The electrostatic discharge unit comprises four thin film transistors having a relatively small volume, and discharge static electricity by means of the third film transistor and the fourth thin film transistor, reducing the wiring space, improving the reliability.
