Abstract:
Provided are a photoelectric detection device and a manufacturing method therefor, a touch control substrate and a display panel. The photoelectric detection device comprises: a substrate (1); a polycrystalline silicon layer (6) formed on the substrate (1), wherein a first doped region (7) and a second doped region (8) are formed in the polycrystalline silicon layer (6); a transparent conductive film (18), at least covering the first doped region (7) on the polycrystalline silicon layer (6); and a metal electrode (141), arranged at the second doped region (8) on the polycrystalline silicon layer (6), wherein the conductive film (18), the metal electrode (141) and the polycrystalline silicon layer (6) form a PIN device. The present invention realizes the high photoelectric conversion efficiency of a photoelectric detection device, with a strong recognition capability.
