Abstract:
A motion-type oil dipping apparatus and method for biologically refined herbaceous fibers. The apparatus comprises: an input device (1), which receives biologically refined herbaceous fibers; a squeezing drying device (2), which receives and squeezes the herbaceous fibers delivered from the input device; a conveying device (3), which receives the herbaceous fibers output from the squeezing drying device (2); multiple horizontal conveying devices (4), an input end of the uppermost horizontal conveying device (4) receiving the herbaceous fibers output from an output end of the conveying device (3), hollow-out conveyor belts (43) of adjacent horizontal conveying devices (4) are opposite in conveying direction, and an input end of a hollow-out conveyor belt (43) located below receiving the herbaceous fibers falling from an output end of an adjacent hollow-out conveyor belt (43) located above; and an oil spray device (5), which is located above the multiple horizontal conveying devices (4) and sprays oil onto the herbaceous fibers on the multiple horizontal conveying devices (4). The motion-type oil dipping apparatus and method for biologically refined herbaceous fibers overcome the disadvantages of high labor intensity and low efficiency of an existing oil dipping approach.
