Title: MOTION-TYPE WATER-BASED PROCESSING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR INACTIVATED PRODUCT
Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a motion-type water-based processing apparatus and method for an inactivated product. The apparatus comprises: an input device, which receives an inactivated product that has experienced inactivation; a first pressure water spray device, which is located above the input device and sprays water onto the inactivated product on the input device; a squeezing device, which comprises a frame and multiple pairs of squeezing rollers provided on the frame, each pair of squeezing rollers comprising a driving roller and a driven roller working with the driving roller, a squeezing space that allows a herbaceous fiber raw material to pass through being formed between the driving roller and the driven roller, the squeezing spaces of the multiple pairs of squeezing rollers being aligned to form parts of a squeezing channel, and an inlet of the squeezing channel receiving the inactivated material delivered by the input device; and an output device, which outputs the inactivated material. The present invention overcomes the disadvantages of high labor intensity, low efficiency, and waste of water of an existing flushing approach, and provides a water saving motion-type water-based processing apparatus and method for an inactivated product.
