Abstract:
A motion-type wet fermentation apparatus and method for a herbaceous fiber raw material. The motion-type wet fermentation apparatus for a herbaceous fiber raw material comprises: a housing which is closed; a frame (1), which is located in the housing and comprises multiple vertical support columns (11, 12, 13, 14); and multiple horizontal conveying devices (21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29). The multiple horizontal conveying devices (21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29) are arranged in a vertical direction; each of the horizontal conveying devices (21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29) comprises a driving wheel (211) and a driven wheel (212) provided on the support columns (11, 12, 13, 14) and a conveyor belt (213) cooperating with the driving wheel (211) and the driven wheel (212); adjacent conveyor belts (213) are opposite in conveying direction; an input end of a conveyor belt (213) located below stretches out, in a direction opposite to the conveying direction of the conveyor belt (213), relative to an output end of an adjacent conveyor belt (213) located above so as to receive a herbaceous fiber raw material falling from the output end of the adjacent conveyor belt (213) located above. The motion-type wet fermentation apparatus and method for a herbaceous fiber raw material overcome the disadvantage of large space occupation of an existing fermentation apparatus, and provides a motion-type wet fermentation apparatus and method for a herbaceous fiber raw material requiring small space.
