Title: MOTION-TYPE INOCULATION APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR HERBACEOUS FIBER RAW MATERIAL
Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a motion-type inoculation apparatus and method for a herbaceous fiber raw material. The apparatus comprises: an input device used for receiving a herbaceous fiber raw material; multiple horizontal conveying devices, adjacent hollow-out conveyor belts being opposite in conveying direction, and an input end of a hollow-out conveyor belt located below stretching out, in a direction opposite to the conveying direction of the hollow-out conveyor belt, relative to an output end of an adjacent hollow-out conveyor belt located above so as to receive the herbaceous fiber raw material falling from the output end of the adjacent hollow-out conveyor belt located above; a first bacterial liquid spraying device, for spraying a bacterial liquid onto the herbaceous fiber raw material on the horizontal conveying devices; and an output device used for outputting the inoculated herbaceous fiber raw material. The present invention overcomes the disadvantages of non-uniform inoculation, high labor intensity, and low efficiency of an existing inoculation approach, and provides a motion-type inoculation apparatus and method for a herbaceous fiber raw material capable of performing uniform inoculation mechanically.
