Abstract:
A macromolecular PTC constant-temperature heated seat: on a base of an ordinary seat, a heat-transmitting insulation layer (2), a heating layer (3) and a heat-blocking insulation layer (4) are added under surface material of a seat and a back rest, the heating layer (3) using a macromolecular PTC material formed in one step by means of injection molding, the heating layer (3) having disposed therein alternating positive and negative wires, the wires being externally connected to a vehicle power source, used to provide electrical energy required for heating. The structure of the present seat is simple, and manufacturing is convenient; as a macromolecular PTC material is used as a heating material, heating is fast, and the seat has temperature self-regulating functionality, so there is no need to worry about safety problems caused by overheating; and the injection molded structure and wiring configuration mode of the heating layer ensure that some PTC material losing effectiveness will not affect normal operation of the seat as a whole, extending usage life.
