Disclosed are a multi-drug combined rehabilitation electuary for type 2 diabetes and the use thereof. The electuary is prepared by compounding the following components, in percentages by weight: 45% to 90% of sorbitol, 5% to 50% of betaine or betaine hydrochloride, and 0.01% to 10% of Span 60. The sorbitol of the present invention enables the dissolved fat to form a stable emulsion or ultramicroemulsion, and has a molecular structure similar to that of a glucose molecule, can simulate the glucose molecule to play a targeted localization role, and also has a certain sweetness to improve the taste of the electuary. The betaine/betaine hydrochloride is a biosurfactant for helping to dissolve fat, and also has the function of protecting and nourishing the liver, and improves the insulin utilization efficiency. The Span 60 enables the fat on the surface of a deposition channel to dissolve gradually. The electuary of the present invention enables the fat deposited on the surface of the channel and the semipermeable membrane to form a stable "oil-in-water" emulsion or ultramicroemulsion, so that the deposited fat is excreted from the body via the excretory system after dissolution and the insulin utilization efficiency is improved.
