Title: OLED TOUCH CONTROL DRIVE CIRCUIT, METHOD, AND TOUCH CONTROL PANEL
Abstract:
An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) touch control drive circuit, method, and a touch control panel. The touch control drive circuit comprises: a drive transistor (DT), wherein the control end thereof is used for receiving a digital signal (V DATA) and first end thereof is used for receiving a power supply signal (VDD); touch electrodes (TX&RX) used for transmitting a touch control signal (V T); a light emitting element (OLED), a first electrode thereof being connected to a second end of the drive transistor (DT) and a second electrode thereof forming a parasitic capacitor (C CT) together with the touch control electrodes (TX&RX); and a control unit used for responding to the control signal (V EN) so as to transmit a compensation signal (V MOD) to the second end of the drive transistor, wherein the power supply signal (VDD), the digital signal (V DATA), the touch control signal (V T) and the compensation signal (V MOD) are synchronous modulation signals at a touch control stage. The light emitting brightness of the light emitting element (OLED) is not affected at the same time that a load capacitance is eliminated.
