Title: RS485 COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD CAPABLE OF AVOIDING CONFLICT BETWEEN MASTER DEVICE AND SLAVE DEVICE
Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an RS485 communication system and method capable of avoiding a conflict between a master device and a slave device, relating to the field of RS485 communication. Said method comprises the following steps: when detecting that a slave device is powered on, a master device packing, within its own time slot, the current time of the master device and a timestamp into time synchronization data and sending same to the powered-on slave device; after receiving the time synchronization data sent by the master device, the slave device performing packing and updating its own time and the timestamp according to the time synchronization data after the packing, until the synchronization is successful; the slave device sending within its own time slot response data, indicating the synchronization is successful, to the master device; after receiving the response data sent by the slave device, the master device performing packing, and confirming, according to the response data after the packing, that the time synchronization of the master device and slave device has been successful; and the master device and slave device sending data within their own idle time slots, avoiding conflicts. The present invention can allow the master device and the slave device to send data within their own time slots, effectively improving the real-time performance and reliability of the device.
